Download and fill out the patent search form to order a Standard Patent Search online.  Receive a 10% discount for the Search if you order a patentability opinion within 2 business days from when the search report is sent.   You can submit your online order form by sending it to us via email or fax.  The search report will be sent to you in 7 - 10 business days of receiving your order.  Remember, your invention remains confidential even after it is disclosed to us. 

A Standard Patent Search is understood to be a patent search for an inventive concept or idea, or for an invention in its initial stage of development.  A specific embodiment of a developed invention may be considered to be an Advanced Patent Search (depending on the estimated additional time that would be required to perform the search) and may not be subject to the same rates as a Standard Patent Search.
